Inspiration is everywhere, if you just look around. But sometimes, like on Mondays, my mojo can use a little kick in the butt. How about you? That’s why I sometimes force myself to do these Mojo Monday posts- to remind myself to find the inspiration in everyday life and remember to use it in my creative life! So here goes!

I bought this dress at Target this weekend for $29.99. I love the pretty salmon/coral color and noticed that this color is everywhere these days and even in the March Clique Kit Hell Yeah! I also found that some fun jewelry pieces matched and were on sale at Aeropostale buy one get two free-so I got a necklace, bracelet set and earrings (not shown) for $17. I am starting a new job site on Monday so I am feeling that “first day of school” excitement to meet new people and make a first impression. This outfit is very “me.”

The traditional Japanese culture inspired Cherry Blossom Festival has been happening in Honolulu recently. I love this photo of the Queen and her court. The festival includes a pageant, which is fun. This photo is inspiring with the pretty shades of pinks and purples and greens against the bold black and white rectangular checkered pattern. Zoom in and the florals are also lovely.

And now for my layout using the March Clique Kit Hell Yeah!

Check out one of my previous Mojo Monday posts for more about those eyes!  I love the gold feather die cut which was an add on available in the school store-it really makes the layout special.  If there are any of the March Clique Kits still available, you can purchase one here. To make sure you don’t miss out on any future kits, make sure you subscribe!

Here is my  layout. I had fun playing with the chartreuse and papaya colored sequins that came with the kit to decorate my pineapple die cut on this page. Everything  except for the title lettering and a pineapple die that I used to cut the pineapple shape came in the kit!
